A dual Chilean Australian national, Phil has been involved in international business since the early 90s dealing in transactions across the globe. He undertakes his commercial challenges with an entrepreneurial approach and has served as a Director and Non-Executive Director for a number of Australian private and ASX (publicly listed) companies including MUI Corporation (now Skyland Petroleum Limited) and Synergy Plus Limited. He is a so a director of private companies operating in Chile and the Dominican Republic.

Ian has founded a number of companies and helped thousands of businesses start and grow their own. He is the Co Founder and Managing Director of Magicdust, a digital agency that has produced over 10,000 websites since 2006 and was ranked, by the Australian Business Review Weekly, as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Australia. His entrepreneurial strengths are in brand positioning, marketing and business strategy and he has contributed to industry and business publications including CIO, Huffington Post and the Australian Financial Review.
